I hold a Ph.D. in Physics with a specialization in nanomaterials engineering. In addition to my professional expertise, I have a passion for software development. This is my personal website where you'll find my contact information and CV. Stay connected, and don't hesitate to reach out. I also maintain a small blog where I share various experiences.
ContactMy area of expertise lies in the field of nanomaterials engineering, where I focus on studying, developing and refining materials at a very small scale. In my work, I employ a stack of 'dry' fabrication methods (magnetron sputtering, PECVD, etc.), which are widely used in modern semiconductor and optical industries, to synthesize functional materials with application-taiolred properties. I also utilize cutting-edge diagnostic tools (SEM, TEM, EDX, XPS, XRD, SE, UV-Vis, etc.) to gain insights into their origins.
Additionally, I enjoy creating models for nano- and micro-scale optical devices, employing modern electromagnetic computational methods. This closely aligns with my strong interest in developing software tools for accurately predicting material characteristics, and efficiently acquiring and processing research data. In this endeavor, I apply and continuously improve my skills in middle/low-level languages (ASM, C/C++ and Rust) as well as my knowledge in operating systems, compilers, virtualization and embedded systems.
With over 5 years of experience, I have been a part of diverse international research teams since the early days of my career. My focus has consistently revolved around the design and development of advanced functional nanomaterials.
